2019. So if you have been self-employed for at least two years, have a  650-middle credit score, no credit events, a 25 percent down payment and willing to attest and declare your income on our application for a single unit, owner-occupied property  and enjoy interest rates in the 5’s.

Program Guidelines 

  • Proof of two years self-employment (CPA Letter and/or Business License)
  • Attest & Declare your income on the loan application
  • For purchases (Max LTV of 75%)
  • For refinance (Max LTV of 70% rate and term or cash out)
  • Minimum credit score to qualify is 650
  • No mortgage credit events within the last five (5) years
  • Twenty-four (24) month recent mortgage history required
  • No charge offs, collections, or tax liens in the last three (3) years
  • Maximum funding up to $5,000,000
  • Minimum funding starts at 150,000
  • U.S. residents only
  • Owner-occupied only
  • SFR / Condo / Townhouse Property Types
  • Most recent personal bank statement with positive ending statement
  • Closing Funds may come from the account provided for qualifying income
  • Only one-month bank statement is required for assets
  • No Reserve funds required 
  • Property must be in good condition and conform to the area
  • No rural properties
